Introduction
These Terms of Service explain how clients use our website and construction services. By accessing our site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Who We Are
Kain Consultants LLC is a United States based company that owns and operates inLimbo Construction. We partner with Zeb Construction Services in Zimbabwe to deliver construction services.
Services Provided
We help clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other regions build homes and structures in Zimbabwe. Services include project planning, contractor oversight, and construction execution.
Project Funding
The project may be fully funded before work begins or broken down into phases.
No Refunds After Work Begins
Once a phase is funded and construction starts, the Client cannot cancel or request a refund for that phase. The only time to exit the project is at the end of a completed phase, before the next phase is funded.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate project information
- Fund each phase in full before work begins
- Pay fees when using a third‑party payment system
- Review completion reports promptly
Contractor Responsibilities
Construction Contractor must:
- Build according to approved plans
- Provide weekly progress updates in the form of pictures, videos and written reports.
- Allow inspections
- Complete work within agreed timelines
Delays
Construction may be delayed by weather, supply issues, or regulatory requirements. Reasonable extensions may be granted.
Termination for Cause
Any party may terminate the agreement if another party commits fraud, refuses to perform, or violates major terms.
Governing Law
Financial and escrow matters follow United States law. Construction work follows Zimbabwean law. Clients in Canada or Europe may also be protected by local consumer laws.
Legal Cooperation and Disclosure
​If the Construction company or Kain Consultants LLC is sued or becomes part of a legal or law enforcement investigation in Zimbabwe related to a client’s project, we will fully comply with all lawful requests. This may include providing copies of signed agreements, project documentation, payment records, inspection reports, communication logs, and recordings of meetings or calls. Information will only be released when required under Zimbabwean law or through a valid legal process.

By using our website or funding a project, you agree to these Terms of Service.
