Project Initiation

2. Contractor Review
We share the designs with the contractor, who prepares a projected timeline and cost estimate. These details are then presented to the client.

3. Finalization Meeting
The client reviews the estimates, then meets with the contractor to finalize the budget and schedule.
4. Agreement Signing
All parties sign the required documents to confirm the project terms.

5. Secure Deposit
The client deposits the agreed‑upon funds directly into InLimbo’s account so the contractor can begin procurement and mobilization.

6. Construction Begins​
Work starts immediately according to the finalized schedule and scope.
Project Execution Phase
1. Site Survey
A third-party appraiser surveys the location to document pre-construction conditions.
2. Construction Begins
Work starts on the property according to the approved scope and schedule.

3. Progress Updates
Weekly updates—photos, videos, and written reports—are sent to the client until the current phase is completed.
4. Appraisal & Verification
Once a phase is finished, an optional third‑party appraisal verifies that the work meets the agreed‑upon standards.
5. Next Phase Funding After verification, the client deposits funds for the next deliverable directly into inLimbo’s account.
6. Continued Work
Construction resumes toward the next milestone.
7. Repeat Until Completion
This phase‑by‑phase cycle continues until the entire project is fully completed.
Two Ways to Build
1. Pay‑As‑You‑Go
The project is broken into smaller deliverables. You fund each phase as it comes, depositing only the amount needed for the current stage. Work continues once the phase is verified and approved.

2. Pay in Full
You fund the entire project upfront. The contractor works from start to finish according to the agreed‑upon scope, timeline, and deliverables.
